Italian-English speaker required to communicate with Italian bicycle manufacturer

I was emailing a Italian bicycle manufacturer last October to purchase 100 bicycles. My project was delayed and I have emailed them to proceed with 50 bicycles but I cannot get a response. I called the company but the person only spoke Italian. I need someone to call and ask them can they take my order, I can supply the exact details if this is something you can do.
