Fluent Italian Speaker - Airline Customer Service Assistant

Hello - we are looking for a fluent Italian speaker to help us out. We believe Air France lost our luggage and that one of our bags may be located at the Naples airport in Italy. We are seeking someone who could connect with the Naples Lost & Found and/or Baggage Services (may require some hold time or a few phone calls to find the right person) and then attempt to figure out whether or not our bag may be there. I can provide all relevant details (flight numbers, baggage claim numbers, names, etc.) - also willing to pay a success fee should we be able to find the bag.
