Proofread a document in Italian and correct any OCR and spelling errors (93,000 words)

I have a document in Italian which has been OCRed and therefore has some spelling errors. I need it proof read by a native Italian speaker and all spelling errors corrected. No translation required. The document is a MS Word (docx). Please quote. Not urgent.
