Italian remote property manager

I am looking for a remote property manager to assist with setting up and managing a short term rental property. This will be a part-time job paid hourly. I am looking for someone who can start immediately.

Requirements:
- Italian citizen or long-term resident
- Speak fluent English and Italian
- Experienced with using the SUAP portal
- Available throughout the day to communicate with guests
