* Based in Italy NOT necessary

## Project Scope:
- Prepare a detailed technical report assessing potential damages
- Evaluate feasibility of property renovation project
- Analyze compliance with 2020-2022 Italian building regulations
- Provide professionally stamped documentation

## Deliverables:
- 50-60 page technical report in Italian. 80% of the analysis is already done by me; we just need to verify the numbers
- Digital signature and professional stamp
- Two rounds of revisions included
- Available for post-delivery consultations
