Customer Service Assistant (Whatsapp, Email and Social Media) - Fluent in Italian

Hello.
I need an assistant who speaks fluent Italian to act in the service and support for a professional in the beauty area, more specifically in permanent makeup on eyebrows and mouth.

The company is located in Italy but we are looking for an attendant who speaks fluent Portuguese and Italian.

The main functions are:

Scheduling appointments on a virtual agenda;
Ask questions about the services performed in the studio;
Ask questions about face-to-face and online courses;

The professional must be available during business hours in Italy to carry out the following tasks:

Reply to Instagram and Facebook inbox messages;
Reply to Instagram and Facebook post comments;
Reply WhatsApp;
Reply to Emails;
Receive and make calls via WhatsApp to interested parties when necessary;

We need a professional who is available to respond quickly to incoming messages and calls to better take advantage of sales opportunities.
