Corrections in Italian - Undergrad thesis chapter

I need a native Italian speaker to correct grammar and flow of a chapter of my thesis! It is the Risultati e Discussione section of an experimental thesis for a Laurea Triennale in Viticoltura ed Enologia and currently is at 3000 words.
