I am seeking an Italian native who speaks both Italian and English and has experience in managing customer service tasks on Amazon. Your job will consist of:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling complaints and issuing refunds
- Managing product reviews and feedback
- Optimizing listings and translations
Experience in Amazon customer service and proficiency in translation would be beneficial. This is a part-time opportunity for less than 2 hours per day.
