New App for Android / IOS (Ionic, React Native or Flutter)

Need an APP that works on Android and IOS
The programmer must successfully upload the apps to the stores (we have accounts)
Source code provided at the end of the project
A website of the client is already online with the management of contents, clients, sales etc.
Need to use the same database (MySQL)
Attached here is a full document, of the functionalities expected.
When the programmer is chosen we will send the full design files, in this document the real client is not shown.

The criteria to choose a team or programmer will be:
