Tuscany Villa Search - Maremma - specific dates and brief
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for accommodation options that are verified as available between the 6th of July and the 13th July 2024 looking for something that is close as possible to this venue:

In order of importance, what I would like you to match the following:
- Available for the period of 6th July to 13th July*
- Has a pool* ideally not shared beyond the bookable properties
- In Italy*, first choice within 20km of Bolgheri or 20km of San Vincenzo, second choice elsewhere in Tuscany, third choice elsewhere in Italy.
- Has 3 separate apartments, which can each cater for a family of two adults and two kids (i.e. two bedrooms per apartment, 6 bedrooms total). Preferable that it’s a villa with 3 apartments total so we have the whole place.

- If not possible, then look for two families - so 4 bedrooms total / accommodates 8.
Total budget €5000 for all 12 people / 3 apartments. Ideally less than €4500. If looking for 8 people, then it should be more than €400 per person, so no more than €3200.

Ideal freelance candidates for this job should have knowledge and experience in travel planning and accommodation bookings.
