As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including social media management, sales and marketing, SEO management, Wix website management, research, phone sales, and online sales.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- SEO Management: Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Wix Website Management: Maintain and update our Wix website with relevant information, product updates, and promotions.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Phone Sales: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, provide product information, and close sales deals.
- Online Sales: Manage online sales platforms, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media management, sales and marketing, SEO management, Wix website management, research, phone sales, or online sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using various social media platforms and online sales platforms.
- Familiarity with Wix website management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work 45 hours per week, following the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) schedule.
