App marketing in China -- 2

It is important to note -before starting describing my project- that I need a chinese person or -if not- a person with very strong knowledge in app marketing in China.
My partner and I have a standardized tests app in market called "Test Me!" (we have both, an Android and an iOS version). Two stable versions already on stores, but with a few downloads, so what we are looking for is to promote our app.
"Test Me!" is used to get ready to access university with the help of multiple choice SAT/ACT tests, but it's also suitable for anyone preparing an english exam, because it includes many professional ACT/TOEFL english tests.
App includes 149 tests so far -divided into maths, science, english reading/writing- and includes cool features like test records, looking for study material in Khan Academy YouTube channel, looking for colleges in US, progress charts and more.

We both know that learning english it's a very important subject for chinese people, so that's the way we expect to go into China with "Test Me!".
We are open to any kind of proposals like influencers, social media, whatever it helps to improve our app number of downloads significantly, so I'll be reviewing proposals and quotes, but remember OUR MAIN TARGET is China and, as you may know, most of well known and common social networks like Facebook or Google itself are blocked there, that's why we need an expert in China market.
