Africa based Instructional Designer for a virtual Interview
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
Crossroads Global has been invited to an interview with a client panel as part of a competitive tender process. We are looking for an experienced, Africa-based instructional design professional to join us for the interview and speak confidently about the design of engaging workplace learning programmes.
The interview will take place on:
**Tuesday, 14 July 2026**
**12:15–1:15 p.m. UK time**
**Virtual meeting**
The ideal person will have recent experience designing communication-skills or workplace learning programmes and be able to discuss areas such as:
* Instructional design processes and best practice
* Designing engaging and practical learning content
* Learner engagement and participation techniques
* Cultural considerations when developing learning for African audiences
* Examples of relevant learning materials, frameworks or course structures
As this is a formal panel interview, you will need to:
* Be available for the full interview
* Have a working camera and reliable internet connection
* Join from a quiet, professional and well-lit environment
* Communicate clearly and confidently with the panel
We will provide a full briefing in advance to ensure you are familiar with the tender requirements, our proposed approach and your role during the interview.
Remuneration will be agreed based on your experience, professionalism and level of involvement.
