Informal Website Pages Translation & Localization
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I’m looking to have several of my website’s key pages translated and fully localized so they read naturally to native audiences while keeping the breezy, conversational voice that defines the brand. The source copy is already organized by page; each ranges from 300-800 words and is delivered in simple HTML snippets (headings, links, a few meta tags).
What I need from you:
• An informal, reader-friendly adaptation of every line of visible copy as well as the small SEO elements (titles, descriptions, alt text) so nothing feels “machine translated.”
• Cultural tweaks where wording, idioms or examples should change to resonate with the local market.
• Returned files in the same lightweight HTML structure so my developer can drop them straight into the CMS without reformatting.
Before we start, I’ll share the live URLs plus a short style guide that explains brand voice, slang we use and words to avoid. You can then translate a short sample paragraph; once we’re both happy with the tone, you’ll tackle the remaining pages.
Acceptance criteria
– Informal tone preserved throughout (no stiff corporate phrasing).
– Layout, tags and link paths remain intact.
– Zero spelling or grammatical errors in the target text.
