Czech Ancestry Records Genealogist Research

I have already gathered a substantial file—scanned birth certificates, school records, death certificates, plus many notes and images from FamilyResearch.org—covering my grandmother (born in Czechia) and my grandfather, whose parents were Czech-born. The next step is rigorous confirmation: collecting any missing primary documents directly from the source.

Scope of work
As an expert Genealogist and researcher, you will review my existing research package & FamilyResearch.org website, identify gaps, then contact the appropriate Czech schools, municipal archives, and hospitals (and any other repositories a seasoned genealogist knows) to secure official, certified copies. Czech-language correspondence, onsite archive queries, and following local privacy procedures are all part of the assignment.

You will also create a full family tree.
You will ask me for documents that I may have and can provide.

Deliverables
• Certified copies—or official negative searches—of outstanding birth, death, and school records for both grandparents
• Any additional pertinent records discovered during the search (church books, census sheets, residency cards, etc.)
• A brief log of each institution contacted, dates, and outcomes to show provenance of every document
• Digital scans in PDF plus mailing of originals if institutions will release them

Acceptance criteria
Documents must come from the issuing authority, stamped or watermarked as appropriate, and be accompanied by a line-by-line translation into English or a notarised translator’s certificate when required. A clear chain of custody is essential for my forthcoming citizenship/heritage application.

All prior material will be shared at kickoff so you can avoid duplicating searches and focus on what is missing.
