Portuguese to English translator needed - A ghostwriter preferred who can develop the story

I need a Portuguese ghostwriter/translator who can translate 39 chapters in English,
Develop the story (rewrite the parts already written, keeping all descriptions of places, events and persons;
- add fictional parts to each chapter to get a more captivating plot;
- create a consistent narrative across all 39 chapters, with a very clear beginning, middle, and end.
And finally write an additional chapter (40th chapter) according to with the central story.

The book is a window into a life of desire and sex of an insatiable hedonist professional assassin.
The main character is a highly skilled assassin that wronged people call on to eliminate their worst enemies and solve complicated situations. He isn´t perfect, and he doesn´t want to be, but he just kills to punish guilt and justice.
He is a man of many varied talents, a seducer that can wear an apron to making a risotto with truffles for a woman, that stops in a middle of "job" to get a basket with grapes, bruschette, french cheese and a bottle of sauvignon blanc to share with a beautiful woman in the middle of the Lago di Como, because he always takes his time enjoying the pleasures of the life.
His greatest weakness is all the women he loved.
The character's assassin profession is an analogy to another profession with identical effects and the same plot. A fact that is only revealed in the middle of the book. However, it is possible, if justified, to turn the main character into a real killer.
