I am looking for an experienced **Bengali-speaking Meta/Facebook Business Manager expert** who can completely organize and rebuild my Meta Business setup.
Currently, my Meta Business assets are very messy. I have multiple Business Managers, Ad Accounts, Pages, Pixels, and different access permissions. I am not sure which assets are connected, who has access, or what should be kept or removed.
## Your Responsibilities
* Audit my complete Meta Business setup.
* Review all Business Managers, Ad Accounts, Pages, Pixels, Instagram accounts, and other assets.
* Recommend the best structure.
* Remove unnecessary access and organize permissions.
* Create or reorganize Business Manager properly.
* Connect all assets correctly.
* Set up Business Portfolio following Meta best practices.
* Configure Pixel, Conversion API (if needed), and basic Events Manager setup.
* Ensure ownership and admin access are properly configured.
* Make everything clean, organized, and easy to manage.
* Explain the final setup so I understand where everything is.
## Requirements
* Must be fluent in **Bengali** (communication will be in Bengali).
* Strong experience with Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads.
* Experience handling Business Portfolio, Pages, Pixels, Ad Accounts, Instagram integration, and permissions.
* Able to work through screen sharing (Google Meet/Zoom/AnyDesk).
* Must understand Meta's latest Business Manager structure and best practices.
