Hiring Quality Analyst and Call Auditor
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
1. Location - Sector 5 Salt Lake Kolkata
2. Job Type - Permanent full time work from office
3. Shift - 8 AM to 6 PM
4. Off - Sunday , Half Day - Saturday
Note :
1. This requirement is for complete freshers who do not have any experience in BPO
2. Candidate must have excellent English speaking and listening skills
3. Candidate should be good in Microsoft excel and should have good typing skills
3. Candidate would have to listen to the sales call recordings and prepare quality score cards for every call recording
4. Candidate must be willing to join asap
