Need English Teacher/Faculty to improve English communication

Need English Teacher to improve English communication.
We have team of Sys Admins Trainees. Mostly Graduates. But they need improvement in English Communication.
Most of trainees have mothertong as Marathi. They understand Hindi also.
The Freelancer has to understand their gaps in English communication. May need help on grammar or teaching basic English also.
If freelancer based in Nagpur, India then can take offline class.
