Chinese to English poetry on romance

I am looking for an experienced Chinese to English translator to work on a set of over 10 romance poems from the Song Dynasty (960-1279). The right candidate would require a keen eye for detail, as well as a solid knowledge of Song Dynasty poetry. The translation must find a good balance between literal accuracy and interpretation. Accuracy and creativity will be highly valued for this project.
