Annual Award Write-Up

I need assistance in drafting an annual award write-up for the "Department of Defense David O. Cooke Excellence in Public Administration Award". The deadline for this write-up is 15 April 2022.

There are only five categories that require input as the basis for nomination:

Selection Criteria #1: Unusual Competence
Selection Criteria #2: Initiative
Selection Criteria #3: Resourcefulness
Selection Criteria #4: Leadership
Selection Criteria #5: Creativity

I have the nomination format drafted in MS Word with the primary information already filled in. I have included the primary reference to include copies of my annual employee evaluations and a copy of my employee of the year submission to assist you in putting this together.

Since this is a high-level U.S. DoD award, the writer must reflect a high degree of exceptional english grammar and punctuation.
