Transcribe manuscript to proper form for publishing submission

I am looking for someone to transcribe a manuscript of approximately 10,000-50,000 words from a flash drive into a Microsoft Word document to the correct form for submission for publishing. The completed project needs to be within 2-4 weeks. Technical specifications and additional instructions can be provided on request. The right candidate should have experience with transcription and formatting for publishing requirements.
