We are looking for a sharp, articulate English speaker to act as an on-call interview agent. This is a flexible, freelance gig—not a traditional full-time or part-time job. You only log on and work when scheduled interviews take place.
What You Will Do:
Conduct Interviews: Handle scheduled interview sessions entirely in English.
Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional, welcoming, and clear conversational tone.
Keep It Simple: Follow straightforward evaluation guidelines provided ahead of each session.
What We Are Looking For:
Language: Native English speaker with exceptional spoken communication skills.
Demographics: Male candidates aged 20–40.
Location: Remote (Candidates welcome from the United States, European Union, South America, or South Africa).
Bonus Assets: IT knowledge, familiarity with online platforms, and/or Ukrainian language skills.
Compensation & Schedule
Schedule: As-needed / project-based (No fixed hours; work only when interviews are booked).
Pay: Competitive rates determined by your country of residence and total interview time.
