Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a batch of materials written in Chinese that I need rendered into clear, natural-sounding English. The files range from short passages to longer documents, and accuracy is far more important to me than literal word-for-word conversion—I want meaning, tone, and nuance to carry over seamlessly.
Please let me know:
• the fields you feel most comfortable translating (business, legal, technical, creative, etc.)
• your usual turnaround time per 1,000 Chinese characters
• any CAT tools or terminology management systems you prefer to use (Trados, memoQ, Wordfast, or others)
Deliverables
• Final English text in the original layout or a mutually agreed format
• A bilingual file or tracked-change version if you use CAT tools, so I can see how specific terms were handled
