I need a report out of these files (ONLY FOR ENGLISH fluents)

*No agencies,, proposal without summary of first page won't be accepted*

Hello, I have these two files, I need to write a report out of them, but I don't understand most of it, it's written in a difficult language, I need somebody to do
1- read the 2 files and rewrite it summarized and made so simple for me to understand
*preferably 2- to be able to write a report for term paper out of it (you can write it in a difficult English)

I need them done or at least one of them in the next 2 hours
I am so sorry but I won't accept proposals without at least rewriting the first page of the file number 1 simplified
