Freelance English Teacher for Substitutions and Collaborations

¡Hola! Me llamo Antonio y actualmente no tengo tiempo para trabajar con más alumnos. Por ello estoy buscando un profesor o profesora dado de alta como autónoma para colaborar con mi academia online. Necesitaría que me sustituyese algunas horas en junio y además poder darle los alumnos nuevos. El objetivo es colaborar de manera esporádica en estos meses y, a partir de octubre, dar varios grupos de alumnos para todo el curso. The classes will span across two age groups: adolescents (13-18 years) and adults (19 years and older).
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experiencia con alumnos de ESO ó certificaciones (B1, B2, etc).
- Fluency in English, with an advanced level of proficiency
- Previous experience in teaching English, preferably to adolescents and adults
- The ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels
- Strong organizational skills, as there may be multiple substitutions and collaborations
- Excellent communication skills and a patient attitude, as teaching can sometimes be challenging
