• A personalised study plan that adapts to my progress—a mix of conversation practice, targeted vocabulary, and comprehension tasks.
• Practical homework or quick challenges between sessions so I keep improving even when we’re not online.
• Clear, actionable feedback after each lesson so I know exactly what to refine next.

If you have experience teaching English to non-native speakers—especially those whose first language is Indonesian—that’s a plus, but not mandatory. I value patience, creativity, and an encouraging attitude.
