I need an english tutor -- 3

I need someone who is extremely good at english composition such as a writer or an english major based in America, to help me, I need live help/live chat/phone conversation while I take a weekly timed 10 question 20 minute quiz. The quiz we would ofcourse pick a day and time thats good for us both to do so as i can take them online when I please. As it is a mere 20 minutes of your time and fairly easy grammer related I am not accepting offers on the higher end of the spectrum provided. Tutor must present english skills such as prove they are an english major or a writer and be an american. I've gotten so many bids from people who cant even speak proper english in their offer so I have to clarify what I'm looking for apparently.
