job offer

I have a job offer with bullet points that describe the job duties. Ther are about 10-12 bullet points. I want to take the bullet points and combine them into 5 bullet points. I want the 5 bullet point to be more enticing and challenging. I am trying to write this so that the person reading it finds the job interesting and challenging, but also knows there will be extensive training and support. We are trying to entice young but bright talent.
