help coordinate with the shipping company to find my missing package

I have a package shipped from Planet Express UK warehouse to Forward2me UK warehouse, the courier is Asendia UK, according to the tracking info the parcel was delivered on 22:32 6th Dec, but actually Forward2me didn't receive this package. I am in China, and it's difficult for me to contact with Asendia local to solve this issue, so I need someone in UK local to help me coordinate with Asendia to find out where my package is. It's a easy job for UK local guy, but it's quite difficult for me to solve this issue because I'm in China and my spoken English is not good.
