I am looking for somebody who can help run our e-commerce website by facilitating sales through daily conversations with customers. The main responsibilities would entail providing product advice and recommendations, and enticing customers to purchase items. It's essential that you have a high level of written English skill, as you'll be engaging with customers in their native language.
On a daily basis, you'll be responsible for being up-to-date on current item ranges, monitoring customer inquiries, and fostering relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage repeat purchases. This role requires lots of multitasking and understanding of customer service techniques, which is why it's an ideal job for somebody who is great at interacting with people, responding quickly to inquiries, and providing timely feedback on user experience.
This person must be available to work on-demand every day, so you must be well organized and vigilant in order to stay on top of customer inquiries, suggest appropriate items, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
