Looking for a trainable online chatter that is willing to learn and work alongside a dedicated team.
You need to be authentic and determined to make sales!
Your Responsibilities:
- Be able to chat with fans as though you are the model, replicating her communication style.
- Run scripts to every subscriber while being flexible enough to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Build genuine rapport with every subscriber to increase their long term value.
- Communicate with coworkers and team members to stay up to date on the current chatting strategy.
Requirements Needed:
- You must be able to chat fluently in English.
- A computer/laptop with reliable Internet.
- 45+ words per minute typing speed.
- Strong communication with co-workers and team members, including audio and video calls during work hours.
- Availability to work 6am to 12am and/or 8pm to 2am US CENTRAL TIME.
- A fast response time is crucial!
- Previous chatting experience is recommended - but not necessary.
Payment:
- Starting at USD$5/hr + 5% Commission on all of your sales and tips generated.
- Lots of room for promotions and bonuses as you show excellence and master your role.
- Paid weekly every Monday.
