Test Reviewer

For us to be the best we need to have the best, that’s why we’re looking for experienced subject-matter experts from various fields to review 30 test questions in your area of expertise.
You’re thinking how does it work, it’s far too broad, but that’s exactly the idea. You can come from any field and background and if you’re at a level of expertise then apply.
This is a project-based role where you will be paid 80€ per test reviewed.
You must be an expert in one of the following categories:
- Programming languages: e.g. Python, Java, C, SPSS
- Job function: e.g. Sales Manager, Landscape Engineer, Teacher, Software Engineer
- Hard skills: e.g. generating presentations, working with numbers, cold outreach
- Tools/Software: e.g. Project management, ERP, spreadsheets, marketing, etc.
- Language: e.g. French, Mandarin, English
Do your friends or colleagues turn to you to review a draft before it’s finalised? Are you able to correct mistakes in the information, typos, and grammar or simply make something easier to read for your area of expertise? This is exactly what a Test Reviewer does at HiPeople.
As a Test Reviewer, you'll be responsible for reviewing tests to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. You’ll need to have a wide breadth of knowledge in your area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Review 30 multiple-choice knowledge test questions in a specific area of expertise (programming languages, job profiles, skills, tools/software, or language)
- Determine the accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness for the intended audience
- Categorize each question as beginner, average, or advanced difficulty level
- Meet deadlines for completing each review
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in your area
- Demonstrated expertise in the chosen area of expertise
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inaccuracies
Compensation:
- The rate for one review of 30 questions is 80 Euro
- Each review takes approximately 45 minutes to complete

- Review the questions according to the provided criteria
- Categorize each question as beginner, average, or advanced difficulty level
- Submit the completed review
