Complete a mandatory 7-day free training course covering a wide range of topics to equip you with the necessary knowledge for effective talent recruitment.
Work collaboratively with the team to identify and attract top talent based on their characteristics and specific needs.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and good manners.
Ability to work in different time zones, accommodating a global talent pool.
Open to both full-time and part-time positions.
No prior knowledge of the topics mentioned is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $25 to $55, depending on test scores after the completion of the training course.
