Self-Help Book Formatting Expert Needed -- 2

Hello. I am interviewing Freelancers to see who would be the most suitable person to format a non-fiction book. I need someone who has good English speaking skills so it's easy to communicate and understand each other. The book is a paperback 6x9 black and white interior. The word count is approximately 120 thousand words. Currently, the page count is probably 340. Going to use Ingram Spark. Someone else partially formatted the book but they didn't do it correctly and they didn't finish it but once they did what they did the page count is about 340. Once it is finished formatting the page count should get down to no more than 320. I need someone who can get this done correctly and quickly. I need someone with real experience.
