Online communication with customer

Dear freelancers, I am looking for someone, who is able to communicate on social media platforms. Need somebody who is skilled in English language (fluent English language with proper grammar) and is willing to work online. I need someone who is able to sell media (sensitive content) and follow the chat flow of customer. I need someone who can get customer exactly where he/she want.
