Need help finding a co-signer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, I'm looking for someone with a credit score of minimum 750 to co-sign for this house I want. Since I am so young, only have rental experience for almost two years. This rental company wants three years of rental experience, and since I do not have that, I need a co-signer.
I make $67,680 USD annually, have a great credit score and if I EVER do end up in some financial crisis and can no longer live there. I will break my lease and pay for everything.
I have been independent ever since I was 13 and have never had any issues, will even send you a background check of me.
All that is required is you to have a minimum of 750 of a credit score and for you to fill out two link applications.
One co-signer application (I will pay for your application fee additionally to the pay I’ll provide to you) and one pet screening profile (you will put down that you have no pets in the profile since you are not living with me).
