Budget/Payment:
• Price: $ 9/hour
• Frequency: min 3 hours/ week
• Total time working collaboration: 2 weeks, including:
✓ The first time working: 1 week and review result together
✓ Renew weekly if suitable with two sides
• Other activities still count working hour and receive payment
✓ The first time is training in 1 hour
✓ Join the meeting online internal in 1 hour/ week
• KPI deals: 5% commission on gross profits
Assessment KPIs Index
• Weekly:
✓ Get average 20 callings for 1 hour working. Total is 60 callings for 3 hours
working
✓ Approach average 20 customers
• Meet KPIs Index in week (3 hours working approach customers) if meet one of two
levels below
✓ Level 1: Setup 3 meetings
✓ Level 2: Setup 1 meeting and have a total 60 callings. In 60 callings will have
high the replied rate is 50% (around 10 customers) replied.
Notice:
✓ Definition “replied”: The ATM Team will have info about the email of the owner’s
shop or email general shop but the owner will ensure to receive info from the
ATM. ATM Team can check it by record calling.
(It is soft replied in the ATM Rule)
✓ Meaning of level 1 & level 2: These levels shows that the customer will know
about the ATM brand and have an interest in and need ATM to send email to
provide information.
