Find Derived words

Job ID: 34081602

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

This is for a domain search engine. Keep in mind the domain names. As long you can think that word can be part of the domain name, then it is ok. How search engine works is that domains are also split into constituent words. So, if someone enters ‘care’, it shows domains containing words caring, uncaring, cared, careful, carefully, uncared. Similarly, if they search for caring, it gives the same results as care.
In the excel file, a is already done (on Letter A tab) – you can see how it is done, one can start with C. This file has only names starting with c, we have lot more (upto z), so ongoing work.

General Guidelines

1. Entries are not for antonym or synonym. Some of the letters of the word should be part of the alias. If you can see similarities in caring, uncaring, cared, careful, carefully, uncared (all derived from care)
2. Enter alias in different columns for the main word (in first column) – meaning should not change (it can be opposite though. Following are acceptable variations
a. Opposite is ok, because in a domain name you can add no or not, and it has same meaning. NotHappy.com is same thing as sad.com. action, reaction
b. Pluaral monkey, monkeys, active-> activities.
c. General user variations: quick, quik, qwik, true, tru, k9 (for canine), coco (for cocoa)
d. Website name variations: cabbage, kabbage, crypto, krypto
e. Past tense: go,went
f. Comparative: good,better,best
g. US/UK English: color, colour, center, centre
h. Short forms: afri, afro, African, africa, afrika
i. Other variations – bad, badly, care, careful, uncared, likable, likeable - as people will misspell and search accordingly as to what they know. Lone, lonesome, aunt, aunty, auntie
j. Short form: ave, avenue, celeb, celebrity
k. Use only the word you think people search with. Do not stretch too much for the sake of English.
3. Order of the words is not important.
4. Do not use too complicated words that people do not use or search by or not used in domain names. Like action-> reaction is ok, reactionary etc. not ok. Generally, such words are not used in domains. Such names would not be business domain names anyways.
5. Some of the words are already there in file, you can just copy paste into different columns, so once you move them, then entry at first column will become empty - let it stay empty. E.g care and caring may be in next line (or somewhere else in file), so you will move caring to same line as care and the line containing caring will be empty. So at the end total number of lines should not change.
6. If the main word is covered in any other columns, then do not repeat the same line against the same (main) word. E.g if you covered act -> activity, activities, react etc. so when you see a line with main word activity or activities, or react, then do not enter anything in that line. (So no word should be duplicate across the whole file)
7. All have to be one word, so no spaces. Also do not use words like bigdaddy (for word daddy) etc. the words have to be 'derived' like dad etc.
8. If there are no alias, then leave the word like that.
9. Sometimes you may have to search in google to find correct spelling, as I was not sure if it is likable or likeable. It is better to use both if not sure.

** Please send me about 25 or so entries in attached excel file for Letter C (and highlight those rows that you worked on) so that I can see if you are doing it right. Then only I will award you work based on how you do representative work.** No sample work, no award **
