As a successful candidate, you'll be expected to:
- Conduct engaging English speaking practice sessions.
- Provide cheerful, proactive support to keep the learners motivated.
- Track the progress of each learner and provide constructive feedback.
This project is aimed at Chinese students learning English and tourists looking to practice their English during their travels. But also, I'm interested in helping any Chinese individual who finds themselves in an English-speaking context and is seeking to improve their language skills.
Being personable, patient and having a genuine love for language teaching will contribute immensely to this job.
This project doesn't have many requirements. The main requirement is that you can speak English fluently and that you're a lively and outgoing person. Before your first interaction with clients, I'll help you set up your equipment and we'll have a face-to-face video chat.
The specific salary is that you get paid for every hour you work. Initially, it's around $4 per hour.
