Chat Agent For High Level Content Creator Accounts

Our expanding agency is seeking talented chat agents who are quick learners and can adapt to managing high-level influencer accounts with ease. We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. As a chat agent, your primary responsibility will be to manage our model accounts efficiently while adhering to company and account rules to drive engagement and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
Increase revenue by communicating with fans through chat
Develop and execute chat strategies to improve engagement and sales
Foster relationships with fans and followers to enhance the chatting experience
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their followers
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Quick learner and adaptable to change
Ability to work under pressure and meet consistent targets
Must respect and follow company and account rules
Previous experience in chat management is not required but preferred
