London Based Model

I need a London based model to carry out a 60 minute project. The project will involve the model communicating via video (laptop based) for a 60 minute conversation. The model look as similar as possible, naturally or with makeup as the photo which is attached. The model must have English proficiency. It is absolutely necessary for the model to be based in London. Budget flexible according to the right candidate.
