Part-Time Online English Tutor
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m assembling a small team for our online summer speaking programme aimed at motivated Omani teenagers in Grades 10–12. The course runs for seven weeks, starting 5 July, and is delivered 100 % online.
Where we stand now
• I personally have no prior classroom experience with teenage non-native learners, so I’m relying on your teaching expertise.
• We already use Zoom and Google Classroom and have some experience managing virtual lessons, assessments and breakout rooms.
• Our materials are built around a Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, and I’d like you to keep that spirit in every session.
What I need from you
• A clear, natural UK accent and the ability to model pronunciation.
• Confidence guiding teenagers through speaking activities, error-correction and fluency drills.
• Availability for four to five live sessions per week across the seven-week block (exact slots are flexible and will be agreed together).
• Willingness to collaborate on quick progress reports after each class so parents can track improvement.
If you’re excited to shape lively, learner-centred lessons and can jump in by early July, send a brief note outlining your background and preferred teaching times, and I’ll follow up with the full timetable, class size and compensation structure. I look forward to hearing your ideas for making these young learners more confident English speakers.
