English Workshop Trainer Needed

I’m setting up a professional-development program for a group of intermediate-level school teachers who want to sharpen three core areas at once: speaking & pronunciation, grammar & writing, and listening & comprehension. I’m looking for someone who can come on-site and run a series of lively, practice-heavy workshops rather than remote classes.

You’ll design the workshop flow, supply all teaching materials, and facilitate each session in person, modelling communicative techniques the teachers can later replicate in their own classrooms. Methods such as role-play, guided conversation, micro-teaching and targeted pronunciation drills are particularly welcome, as are clear frameworks for improving sentence structure and active-listening strategies.

To make sure everyone leaves with measurable gains, I’ll need:

• A brief placement test or diagnostic to confirm starting skills
• A structured workshop plan (dates, objectives, time on task)
• Printable handouts, slide decks and any audio resources you intend to use
• Short formative assessments and a final progress report for each participant

Experience training educators, familiarity with CEFR or similar benchmarks, and the ability to weave in classroom-ready techniques will make you stand out. Let me know how many contact hours you recommend, the approach you follow, and the earliest dates you can be on campus.
