I need a transcriber for audiocassettes recorded by my mother - English, non-medical

My mother is recording her life story. She is recording them on cassettes, and I'd like them transcribed. Turnaround time and accuracy is not really a concern. However, I cannot "drop any files" or send MP3 anything, etc. The transcription can however be entirely online in standard Word document and emailed back to me. It does not have to be printed.
