Transcribe & Edit Podcast Episodes into Written Book Format

I am looking to hire someone to transcribe my podcast episodes into edited and written book format which includes:

-Editing transcription to remove any conversational "slang" or grammatical errors so it is read with proper grammar and as a written book/article
-Removing intro and outro portions of podcast that would not be used in book
-Formatting each transcription into proper paragraphs

*I am looking for someone who has experience in professional transcription and editing. Do not apply if you plan to just put the audio file into a transcription software. I would like the podcast episodes to be completed as if someone were reading a book and had no idea that it was originally done via audio.
