Newsletter editing/writing

In need of editing for draft newsletter for a non-profit. Word count 800-900. We are looking for a native English speaker who can take the concepts in the one-page draft and strengthen the documents in terms of overall readability, flow, re-writing/streamlining where necessary and including a strong concluding paragraph based on verbiage provided. "Voice" to be professional yet friendly.
