Looking for Proficient Editor for 46K word book

The book is essentially completed. 46K words.
Its a thriller.
-I will need help to make sure it is structurally sound. I have dates and times I need to make sure lines up.
-Some help with character development and having their own voice
Mainly:
-I feel like its anticlimactic. I need to help making some chapters more mysterious and thrilling.
-Some proofreading, to limit errors, dangling and unnecessary words/sentences, help the sentences flow easy
