Instructional Book Editing & Structuring

I'm in need of an editor with extensive experience in the structuring and formatting of instructional content.

The book, on its current state, is 120 pages long and primarily focuses on providing learning resources for an intermediate audience. Your crucial task will be ensuring the tense remains consistent throughout the entire material and can flawlessly deliver the intended instructions. Currently its 3 sections - the breakdown of each section is proving difficult.

In this project, you'll be focusing on:

- Consistency in tone: Make sure the writing voice doesn't fluctuate, maintain a unified tone that is easily digestible to our targeted readership.
- Structure: Organize parts and chapters in a coherent and sensible manner to facilitate a fluid instructional flow.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in English grammar and should have previously worked on similar projects. Deep understanding of how to adapt and reorder content to suit the targeted audience would be a plus.
