U18 Hockey League Chinese Localization
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a full set of under-18 hockey league materials that must read as if they were originally written for a Chinese audience. The batch includes all official documents (regulations, match reports, referee guidelines), internal teamwork handbooks, and leadership development pieces used by coaches and volunteers. Everything is currently in English; I need a complete, publication-ready version in Chinese while keeping the tone formal and professional throughout.
Beyond straight translation, some ideas require cultural adaptation. References to teamwork, inclusivity, and leadership styles have to resonate with Chinese readers—parents, young athletes, officials, and administrators alike—without losing the intent or compliance language of the originals.
Deliverables I expect:
• Fully localized Chinese text for each original file, laid out to mirror the source structure.
• An exporter-friendly format (Word or Google Docs) plus a clean PDF for sign-off.
• Translator notes where cultural choices were made, so my staff can track any shifts in terminology or examples.
Accuracy, consistency in hockey terminology, and sensitivity to youth-sports culture are essential. If you have proven experience localizing sports or educational content into Chinese, I’m ready to start as soon as I review a short sample.
